Is there a message here?

Clearly - just days before Cityscape the message is clear "everything is just fine here and we are ok - not like you...the rest of the planet!"

There have been some major projects go on hold or maybe just "take their time to go through the approvals" but the media certainly paints a different picture.  In fact I believe it is actually prohibited to write about projects which have gone on hold.  

Interesting? (or not)

This is pretty typical of buildings around here.  Expressive in a very applied manner - this one is heavy on the patterning and caught my eye....even if it is completely banal.

This on the other hand is just great...nowadays i imagine the floors should rotate or grate cheese or something.

The Basin is Dry

This is pretty cool stuff.  The basin is dry and our neighbors quay wall is going in and going in fast.  This is a panoramic shot i took from on top near our site 101.

This is a shot from inside the basin.  We were having a hell of a time coordinating the property lines and had a big pow wow and lesson in the world coordinate systems
